Information we collect. When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter: name, phone number, email, city, home size and service details, and anything you write in the message field. When we speak with you by phone, calls may be recorded and transcribed by our AI phone service provider. When you pay, your card is saved and charged through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it. To prepare your quote, contact you about it, schedule and complete your cleaning, charge the card on file after the clean, and handle follow-ups, cancellations, and opt-out requests.

Calls and texts. Calls to you may use an AI-generated voice. Calls are recorded and processed by our AI phone service provider. We text only with your consent, such as a quote summary you asked for. Message frequency varies with your request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or texting opt-in with third parties for their marketing. To opt out of future calls or texts, reply STOP to a text, say "stop calling" on any call, or email [email protected].

Service providers. We share information only as needed to run the service: Web3Forms delivers quote-form submissions, Bland provides our AI phone service, Stripe processes payments, and Cloudflare hosts this website. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it. Consent records — what you agreed to, when, and the version of the consent text — are kept for at least 5 years. Other records are kept only as long as needed to provide service, answer questions, or meet legal obligations.

Do Not Track. This website does not respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser.
